In the future, Frenzelit will mark products suitable for hydrogen applications with a registered H2 - logo. Materials and products marked as "H2 - approved" have been tested in both resistance and leakage tests with the medium hydrogen and their suitability has been proven.
High-quality PFAS-free Replacement Produkt
novaone® BLUE is a gasket material based on high-performance synthetic fibers and functional fillers bonded with EPDM. She combines the proven properties of EPDM elastomers, known for their high resistance to various media, with the significantly enhanced mechanical stability typical of fiber-reinforced gasket materials.
novaone® BLUE closes the gap between conventional fiber and PTFE gaskets and offers a true alternative for applications with demanding media and temperatures up to approx. 260 °C.
Thanks to its high chemical resistance, it can be used in various application areas within the chemical industry to seal aggressive media such as acids, alkalis and a variety of solvents.
The material has been successfully tested for the CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) process, making it suitable for numerous applications in the food industry.
Due to its excellent resistance to strong alkalis, defined creep behavior, electrical insulation properties and high sealing performance, the material is also suitable for use as a stack gasket in alkaline electrolysis.
